Williamstown's Taylor commits to Temple

Julian Taylor, a senior defensive end at Williamstown, gave an oral commitment Sunday to play football at Temple.

The 6-foot-5, 230-pounder backed out of his Dec. 3 commitment to Massachusetts to accept the Owls' scholarship offer. The Abington transfer was also receiving some interest from Rutgers.
