Temple quarterback Chris Coyer, tight end Evan Rodriguez and placekicker/punter Brandon McManus are College Football Performance Awards honorable-mention selections.

Temple quarterback Chris Coyer, tight end Evan Rodriguez and placekicker/punter Brandon McManus are College Football Performance Awards honorable-mention selections.

Coyer came off the bench to complete 8 of 14 passes for 123 yards and three touchdowns. He also finished with 184 rushing yards in Wednesday’s 35-31 setback to Ohio.

Rodriguez had three receptions for 26 yards and a five-yard touchdown.  McManus kicked a 27-yard field goal and averaged 43 yards on his five punts. Two of his punts landed inside the 20-yard line.
