Rahlir Hollis-Jefferson, a senior forward at Temple, was named the Big Five player of the week on Monday.

The 6-foot-6, 215-pounder averaged 15.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, four steals, 3.5 assists and two blocks in last week’s victories against La Salle and Charlotte.  Hollis-Jefferson’s best performance came in Thursday night’s 82-74 victory over the Explorers. He finished that night with career highs of 23 points and 18 rebounds to go with a game-high five assists.
