Temple defeated St. Joseph’s, 78-60, on Saturday at the Liacouras Center.

Ramone Moore scored 20 points, and Juan Fernandez added 17 as the Owls improved to 15-5 and 4-2 in the Atlantic Ten.

The Hawks, on the other hand, dropped to 13-9 and 3-4.

Unfortunately for St. Joe’s, losing to Temple has come to be expected.

Saturday’s win marked the Owls’ 10th consecutive over their rivals. The game did not count in the Big Five standings.
