The Temple men's basketball team will entertain Detroit at the Liacouras Center on Feb 28.

The 7 p.m. contest, part of the Gotham Classic, was originally scheduled for Dec. 28, but was postponed because of bad weather.

Conditions in the Midwest combined with wind conditions in Philadelphia prevented Detroit from being able to safely travel to Philadelphia for the game, according to Rick Giles, president of the Gazelle Group, which runs the event.
