The NBA might not have worked out for former Temple standout Khalif Wyatt, but according to a source with knowledge of the situation Wyatt will play basketball in China.

The Atlantic 10 Conference Player of the Year as a senior in 2013, Wyatt signed a one-year deal to play for Guangdong Southern, of the China Basketball Association, the source said.

Wyatt, a Norristown native, was cut by the Sixers last Friday. In four exhibition games with the Sixers, Wyatt averaged 4.2 points per game.
