CHRIS COYER AND THIS TEMPLE TEAM ARE GOING TO SURPRISE A LOT OF PEOPLE. THEY HAVE EXPERIENCE AT KEY, SKILL POSITIONS.. IT WOULD NOT SURPRISE ME TO SEE TEMPLE GO INTO BIG EAST PLAY 3 AND 0. LAST YEAR THEY CONVINCINGLY DEFEATED VILLANOVA, MARYLAND AND HAD COYER BEEN ABLE TO PLAY AGAINST PENN STATE, I BELIEVE TEMPLE WOULD HAVE WON THAT GAME. THIS IS A NEW ERA IN TEMPLE FOOTBALL.IN. THERE IS A BUZZ OUT THERE THAT'S ATTRACTING TOP RECRUITS. WE'RE GOING BOWLING AGAIN THIS YEAR AND FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.HARVEY MATLOFF 68

Temple IS going to be the surprise team of the Big East. Look for the Owls to challenge for the league championship.

Its hard to imagine the Owls being as bad as some are predicting. I just want to see them in another bowl. Go Owls.

Maryland will be a key game for the Owls. If they can start the season 2-0, I like the chances for Temple to be in a bowl. I am interested in seeing Montel Harris play; his numbers are good.

Anyone know if they're going after any PSU guys? Seems like it would make sense, especially when they have to replace so many starters.
