Temple and La Salle have separated themselves from Philadelphia's other Division I men's basketball teams in terms of level of play. A youthful, yet improving, Villanova squad is the best of the rest.

Here’s the City 6 ballot I submitted before Tuesday’s deadline:

1. Temple (11-4)

2. La Salle (11-4)

3. Villanova (11-5)

4. St. Joe's (9-5)

5. Drexel (5-11)

6. Penn (2-13)
