Imposing Rancocas Valley lineman latest to pick Temple

Rancocas Valley offensive lineman Ray Korang gave Temple an oral commitment Tuesday to play football. The 6-foot-8, 297-pound senior-to-be is the 16th commitment in the Class of 2012 for first-year coach Steve Addazio. Korang also had a scholarship offer from Louisville. He was also receiving interest from Boston College, Rutgers, Syracuse and Miami.

Rancocas Valley offensive lineman Ray Korang gave Temple an oral commitment Tuesday to play football.

The 6-foot-8, 297-pound senior-to-be is the 16th commitment in the Class of 2012 for first-year coach Steve Addazio.

"In the back of my mind I wanted to go to Temple, all along," Korang said. "The coaches are great and I feel they're going to make me into the best player possible. Spots were filling up quick. So I needed to take my place on the team."

Korang also had a scholarship offer from Louisville. He was also receiving interest from Boston College, Rutgers, Syracuse and Miami.
