The ceremony will be held at Auletto’s Caterers in Almonesson.

Harvey completed 37 of 71 passes for 571 yards and three touchdowns while playing quarterback for the Owls in 1997 and ’98. He also rushed for 272 yards and a score. Harvey started 10 games on defense in '99, compiling 41 tackles and six interceptions.

But while at Paulsboro High School, he was The Inquirer’s South Jersey player of the year. A quarterback for the Red Raiders, Harvey finished with more than 8,000 career yards of total offense.

Harvey is already in the South Jersey Football Coaches Hall of Fame.
