Booth, Brown receive honorable mentions

Temple tight end Cody Booth and return specialist Matt Brown received College Football Performance Awards honorable-mention honors on Sunday.

Booth had a career-high three receptions for 21 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 47-17 setback to Pittsburgh at Heinz Field.

Brown returned a kickoff 77 yards against the Panthers. In all, he averaged 40 yards on three kickoff returns. The senior also returned a punt for 6 yards before sitting out the second half with a sprained left ankle.
