Brandon McManus, a senior placekicker/punter at Temple, was one of 11 Football Bowl Subdivision players named to the 2012 American Football Coaches Association Good Works Team.

The award recognizes college football players for making a difference in their communities.

McManus volunteered for 11 community service events during the 2011-12 academic year. This marks the third consecutive year and fifth time since 2003 that a Temple player was named to FBS Good Works team.
