A packed house of party goers filled the new Ten Six Club for its VIP opening a little over two weeks after the Walnut Room closed at the same location.

A packed house of party-loving people filled the newly minted Ten Six Club (1709 Walnut St.) for its VIP opening Thursday night, two weeks after the Walnut Room closed its doors.

Looks like some older guys trying to hook up with very young women. Well can't blame then for that, where is this place? I'll put on my Hugh Hefner smoking jacket and pipe and be right down.

Not many attractive people at all... especially the chicks. Some of them are dressed like it's summer time. Big Rube was right. Philly women aren't the hottest in the US. Not by a mile!

holy shmoly...i know that club sells a lot of liquor. you will need at least 10 drinks and 6 minutes to drink them to make those men and women look good....i'd like to see those pairings at 2 o'clock.

I'll try to speak in general terms so as to not offend the women in the pic. Very few women are beautiful. Or pretty. Or even attractive. It seems that even with creations of botox, hair extensions/weaves, corpse-like makeup, breast implants and fake tans, women just don't have the looks of those from the previous generation.

I've lived in Philly and NYC for the same amount of time. Its insane how few attractive females live in Philly for being a large city. In NYC, I meet attractive, smart, funny girls every week. When I was in Philly that happened once every 6 months if at all. What a shame.

Dictaguy if you wanna be seen with attractive people move to NYC DC or LA.If you want to settle for nice and normal with very little drama stay here.The Problem with Philly women is they have no sense of individual style.Take a walk down Walnut Street on a Saturday afternoon and watch the same cookie cutter outfit pass you by.At night on 2nd street it's the same deal only they are wearing shoes they can't walk in and dresses that don't flatter no matter how thin they are.As a woman it dismays me.This club will serve it purpose until it does not anymore.Then they will turn it over to the 21-35 set and eventually close like everything else in this city does.
