The Running of the Santas returned for its thirteenth year Saturday, Dec. 8, with seven thousand Mr. and Mrs. Claus doppelgangers running amok through the city on an unusually warm winter day.

Billed as the "world's naughtiest festival and pub crawl," the official run started at 4 p.m. with Santas spreading their holiday spirit from Finnigan's Wake to The North Pole (The Electric Factory). However, most Santas had been there since 10 a.m. to catch live music by Go Go Gadjet, Split Decision, Secret Service, Category 6, LeCompt, Kenn Kweder, Jamison, and DJ KP, and to enjoy the free-flowing beer.

Each year, the run supports the Ellie Koerner Leukemia Fund, so if you missed out this year, make sure to sign up in 2013!
