Photos: 20th annual Phashion Phest at the Shops at Liberty Place

Phashion Phest – a big annual, regional fashion and beauty event – celebrated its 20th anniversary on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at the Shops at Liberty Place.

Complimentary horderves were served while expert make up artists shared beauty tips and trendy accessories were put on display for the almost 500 guests in attendance. The Phashion Phest was originally created by Sharon Phillips Waxman two decades ago when there were very few fashion events in the city. This huge event honors Philadelphia's ever blossoming fashion scene.
