Photos: 2013 PIFA preview at Kimmel Center

The Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts(PIFA) launched its 2013 festival with a preview last night at the Kimmel Center. The night featured samplings of great food, music, select performances and the theatrical show "Flash of Time".

The Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts(PIFA) launched its 2013 festival with a preview last night at the Kimmel Center. The night featured samplings of great food, music, select performances and the theatrical show "Flash of Time". 

The festival runs from March 28th to April 27th. More information about PIFA's events can be found at their website.
