Tonight: Council holds public hearing in North Philly

Tonight, Philadelphia City Council will hold the first of two public hearings on the city budget. The meeting, which will take place at Temple University, is the first opportunity for residents of North Philadelphia to testify about spending priorities. The hearing is also the first time that City Council has taken the budget show on the road and held a hearing in th evening.
