    2250 Prison Employees ... plus another 225 in the Sheriff's office. 1700 employees of Human Services ... and another 700 in Public Health.
    65 in Records .. and 65 more in Register's.
    Redundant much?
    Not to mention 95 permanent positions for the Commissioners, 30 in the 'Human Relations Committee', and a whopping 195 for Council.
