Toronto International Film Festival #35 -- and my tenth -- starts tomorrow, Sept. 9, and runs to the 19^th, with the usual suspects expected to be present, accounted for and pitching their wares: Keira Knightley, Helen Mirren, Mike Leigh, Woody Allen, Robert DeNiro, Colin Firth, Charlotte Rampling, Natalie Portman, Javier Bardem, ho hum, ho hum.
