Racing season hasn't even hit full speed yet, and already the Philadelphia Marathon wants you looking ahead to November. On Wednesday, April 1, registration for this premier race will open and there are deals to be had.
The first 500 participants to register for the 2015 GORE-TEX Philadelphia Marathon and Half Marathon on Wednesday, April 1 will receive a $20 discount.
Mark your calendars for this year's race weekend Friday, November 20 to Sunday, November 22. There will be something for all levels of runners with the Philadelphia Marathon, the Philadelphia Half, the Rothman Institute 8K and the Kids Fun Run. All races will begin at 22nd St. and Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
Also don't miss the Health & Fitness Expo that will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center the Friday and Saturday of race weekend.
