Temple Tuff

Attention all Notre Dame fans.

Tune into the EagleBank bowl right now on ESPN.

Watch Al Golden eschew a coat and coach the maroon and white wearing only a white shirt and tie above his waist.

He had the Owls march up and down the field in the first half against UCLA.

He had them pumped up out of their minds.

This is how a real football team gets ready for a bowl game. A real football program.

Not one that limps home 6-6 and decides to pass on one last opportunity.

ESPN's Todd McShay said that Temple has no draftable seniors. I'll take Bernard Pierce right now. He's gonna play on Sundays.

Draftable seniors Jimmy Clausen and Golden Tate aren't playing in a bowl game. They will go in the first round but they should be playing in the postseason.

Shame on them. Shame on the program.

Go Owls. Go Al Golden.
