Rowan students mark bin Laden death with rowdy march

POSTED: Monday, May 2, 2011, 12:21 PM

Hundreds of Rowan University students marked the killing of Osama bin Laden with a rowdy march through Glassboro late Sunday and early Monday.

They chanted “U.S.A., U.S.A., U.S.A,” and shouted obscenities in combination with bin Laden’s name.

It is not known yet if any arrests were made.

Student-made videos of the demonstration can be viewed here, here and here.

I can see that Bin Laden was identified with the Wicked Witch in the Wizard of Oz. Am I glad he's dead, of course! He was the Hitler of the Middle East killings thousands of Americans. Good to be finally rid of him.

Many may have overreacted but spend just 1 minute watching old 911 videos of the twin towers and it gives plenty reason to overreact.
