We added heat to the tacos with spicy jack cheese

A small group of only 3 students enjoyed this week's meal of turkey tacos with a side of zucchini "fries". Cut into chips and dipped in egg, then cornmeal, and dusted with parmigian cheese, the zucchini was deemed to be crispy and quite popular. The students were supplied with a spicy jack cheese with which they topped their tacos. The cheese made the tacos spicy for several of the students.
