Stuffed pepper filling tastier than the shell

Jalen, Gianna and  Mataya had so much fun separating the stems from the leaves of the Cilantrro! Everyone remembered the Cilantro from last week's recipe. The whole group tried the stuffed peppers and agreed  the inside filling was delicious but some thought the green pepper was too mushy.  While Kiara and Mataya initially asked for a small portion of the cole slaw, they loved it so much they asked for more. It was a big hit!
