Students learn to core and slice peppers for beef stir fry

Aleena Swittenburg stated she did "not like cooked red peppers, only raw ones." However, she and Ashley Marin were happy to core and slice the peppers. The talk then turned to the beef that Ziayna Shippen was preparing. "It changes color as it cooks from red to brown," the girls observed. All enjoyed every bite of the stir fry. Many had seconds, and all leftovers were taken home!
