As cooks we learned about tweaking a recipe today. Rachel Caruso said, "We are good at tweaking a recipe for the number of people we have, because  we always seem to have the right amount of food." Nally Stevens commented, We had to add a bit more mayonnaise  so that the patties stuck together. Sometimes if the amount of the ingredients is not mentioned like for salt-and-pepper you just have to estimate. Joseph Chacon knew that someone had probably tweaked this tuna patty recipe by adding the zucchini so that it would have more vegetables and nutrition.
