'Squishy' salmon transformed into tasty main course

My Daughter\'s Kitchen Kitchen Notebook week 2, fall 2017-29102017-0004-30102017-0003
Ray Davies, Destiny Swain-Williams, Samir Norris Johnson, Jr., and Saneah Young prep the salmon during week 2 of the fall 2017 My Daughter's Kitchen cooking program at Wissahickon Charter School, Awbury campus.

Slugs, squishy and a sloth. That’s was our chefs thought of when they touched and patted dry the salmon in order to prepare it for our simple yet flavorful marinade. The fish felt “awesome” said Ray Davies. Ray also thought learning how to use a peeler was “cool”. Another unanimous tasty recipe. Everyone can’t wait til next week.
