The first meeting of the MDK Clean Plate Club met this week.  There was not one morsel of tuna or bean left on our plates — and that included students, teachers, and a guest appearance from our Lead Educator, Mr. Kendeall.  Everyone agreed it was easy to make, nutritious, and definitely delicious.  Tuna Patties and Oven-Roasted Green Beans are officially in the running for our Week 8 meal.
