Mushroom plus taco, plus turkey?

It is obvious by week 6 that the children's chopping and dicing skills have gotten so much better. Even though we did have our first cut finger, we bandaged Stephanie Kelly up, and she got right back to chopping without skipping a beat.

This week had to be one of the best yet. The children were a bit skeptical when they heard "mushroom" combined with "taco", not to mention "turkey".  But the feedback was terrific!  Nakira Thorpe thought the zucchini fries were delicious and crunchy and Brant Paul, our picky eater, thought this week's meal topped the others. Can't ask for much more than that!
