Make your Moroccan chicken with rice, pasta, anything but couscous, say these young chefs

It was a mystery. Where were the strawberries disappearing to? There was just a full container and now several were missing……hmmm. We never did find out but it was clear that the students were very enthusiastic about the “Rhubarb & Strawberry Crumb Bars.”

They were less enthusiastic about the “Moroccan Chicken Couscous” and the consensus seemed to be that the eggplant and chicken mixture would have been better with rice-or pasta or with anything else but couscous.  However, once the girls sprinkled on a little salt, the couscous, like the strawberries also  rapidly disappeared.
