Alondra Lopez, Dylan Marrero, Michaela McFadden, and Tynesha Keller learn to make minestrone soup during week 3 of the Spring 2017 My Daughter's Kitchen cooking program at Boys and Girls Club of Camden County.

The students had never heard of Minestrone soup before, but were excited to make it. They all enjoyed learning how to use a knife and cut a variety of vegetables into different sizes. Many had never tried kale and were not familiar with vegetable stock cubes. The soup was a hit with all the students and seval had second helpings.
