Combining all of our ingredients -- and all of our skills

Basima Hogan, Desiree Franco, Yasemily Garcia, and Joseph Martinez all take a turn at cooking the ingredients before stuffing the peppers during week 4 of the fall 2016 My Daughter's Kitchen program at Bayard Taylor.

Stuffed peppers and cabbage slaw was a favorite to these chefs from Bayard Taylor. Chopping, mincing, slicing, dicing and grating skills were all tested and the kids passed with flying colors. Putting it all together on top of the stove is a favorite activity and everyone takes a turn.
