Aromatic marinade made salmon delicious

My Daughter\'s Kitchen Kitchen Notebook week 2, fall 2017-29102017-0010

Everyone came in excited.  The salmon was a hot topic.   Chrismeilin Acosta and Jailee Torres had never tried fish before and were wondering if they would like it.   The others were confirmed fish eaters and raving about how delicious fish is.  While marinating the salmon, Jailee exclaimed, “Oh! That smells so good!”  Once tasted by the group everyone except Chrismeilin thought it quite delicious.  Chrismeilin tried the salmon but decided to save the rest of her portion for her mom who would really enjoy it.  The vinaigrette for the veggies was also a hit.  How could something so simple make veggies taste so good?  That was a surprise for our group.

We had a very cheerful assembly line cleaning up. All the girls are eager to help.
