Yariza Chacon-Madrid, Sonya Vong, and Nyvia Meas prepare the mushroom Bolognese during week 6 of the fall 2016 My Daughter's Kitchen cooking program at Feltonville School of Arts and Sciences.

Today, the girls were excited about finding out what Mushroom Bolognese consisted of.  They were a little confused at all of the ingredients needed to make a pasta sauce.  "The Mushroom Bolognese had a lot of things going on.  There were so many different ingredients" stated Nyvia Meas.  Yariza Chacon-Madrid added, "The wheat pasta tasted different than the regular pasta I am used to eating."  The girls really loved salad and could not wait to devour.  There were mixed reviews about the dressing. "The salad was really sour" said Sonya Vong, as she squished up her face.
