Week 8: 'We know how to do this!'

The soon to be graduate chefs chopped onions, peeled carrots and diced the london broil with speedy confidence.  "We know how to do this!" said Evelyn Feldman.  Allen Shears IV thought we should  "add Worcestershire to the meat before we brown it"- this was pure genius our stew meat was so much more tender than the last time!  The family guests enjoyed the meal and agreed that their students may be ready for "Chopped Junior" but are definitely able to cook for the home crowd.
