Week 7: 'I feel like a true chef'

Curried chicken sits on a bed of cauliflower, olives and apricots.

The chefs at Bayard Taylor were really impressed by this dish! "I feel like a true chef," Ileana Carrion declared.  "This dish brings out all of the skills we have learned since the beginning," added Anayes Delacruz.  Many of the chefs said that this dish could be the winner for our final session cooking for our families.  It was definitely a winner, winner, chicken dinner!
