Week 5: Seeking right balance of salt and spice

 "Just keep chopping!", Laila Jackson-Clay said to encourage Amorae Wolf. There were many vegetables to chop today, and with a shortage of hands in the kitchen, our chefs moved quickly and safely to get the job done. As this was the girls' first time making fresh guacamole, there was much discussion and tasting to find just the right balance of hot sauce and salt.
