Week 3: Surprising salmon

TeamUp Philly student Selena Rivera displays the green salad that she and other students made during week 3 of the My Daughter’s Kitchen cooking program.

Pasta dishes are usually popular. As we were reviewing our recipes, we could tell by the unpleasant look on our students faces that they thought the addition of canned salmon was a dubious choice.  They were all surprised to discover that they liked the dish.  Bibeta Nana, Riley Brown and Daniyah Estridge though that it would be even better with more salmon!
