Week 3: Salmon and kale better than expected

Today our gang had a little Spring Fever. There was lots of energy and excitement to be in class and we were happy it was so nice out.

Everyone worked hard washing the greens and cutting up the vegetables. We passed around the fresh basil for everyone to smell. One of the highlights of todays class was giving everyone a chance to try their hand at getting some lemon peel from the lemon. All agreed it is harder than it looks.

The group decided the Salmon & Kale Pasta tasted better than they expected. We voted a 4.1 out of 5.
