Veggie tortelllini good, but next time we'll bump up the garlic and lemon flavor

It only the second week of MDK and Marianna A. V. Barbera wrote , " My Daughter's Kitchen is like a family." We are, a family of budding chefs, cooking this weeks Vegetarian recipe. The ingredients were colorful and we learned that color and texture are senses that encourage you to want to try new foods. How easy it was to create Zucchini noodles with a inexpensive spiral vegetable slicer tool. Laila Postell said, "the basil can cleanse your lungs". Everyone agreed the pasta could have used more garlic and lemon, it would give the dish more flavor but we all ended up with empty plates. This Veggie meal was a winner.
