"This is the vegetable soup for people who don't like vegetable soup". That is what Mariana Barbera said after she tasted our finished Minestrone. What more can you say after that? It was the perfect dish for our class to prepare. The snow was gently falling outside, cold wind blowing and hot belly filling broth loaded with healthy kale, carrots green beans.
