Tasty minestrone a one-pot wonder

"If you're happy and you know, snap your beans -- SNAP, SNAP," sang our chefs as they added the green beans to the mise-en-place collection of ingredients headed to our pot of minestrone soup.  We were split on how many had ever had minestrone soup before, but in complete agreement that it was tasty.  Leighlany Cruz concluded, "It was good, and I'm completely full."
