The students enjoyed this meal. They learned about mise en place and its importance. They also tried something new since many of them hadn’t had guacamole before. Everyone was eager to participate in the cooking of the meal from beginning to end. At each step the student described the aroma which filled the kitchen. Many of the students said they would make this at home for their families.
