The group got busy right away with prepping the ingredients so that there would be enough cooking time. As they were doing their assignments, Kelly quizzed them on what parts of the plant different vegetables come from- like the root or the leaves of the plant. While the chicken was cooking, the group made a salad and learned about different vinegars. Although everyone enjoyed the meal, the consensus was that it needed more seasoning.
