Mushrooms and walnuts made meatless sauce hearty

Aalayah Willliams, Maylan Debreaux and Imani Gallashaw get ready to try the Mushroom Bolognese during week 6 of the fall 2016 My Daughter's Kitchen cooking program at TeamUP Philly at Shepard Rec Center.

Our class was so surprised that we could make a dish that was so rich and meaty tasting, without any meat at all! The chopped mushrooms and and walnuts combined to make a hearty and healthy variation of a traditional Bolognese sauce.
