Mushroom Bolognese better than expected

Only Darlene Encarnacion had tried mushrooms before and was trying to convince her fellow chefs that they were delicious.  The more the others started working with them, the less they believed her.  "They're too smooshy," said Amya Moreno, as she turned over the chopping to Derron Coleman.   But soon the smell of the simmering sauce convinced all to give it a try.  While everyone agreed that it was much better than they expected, Darlene said it was "great"!
