Mixed reviews for vegetable tortellini salad

Students learn how to make tortellini salad with vegetables during week 2 of the Spring 2017 My Daughter's Kitchen cooking program at Blessed Trinity Regional Catholic School.

Our second class was excited to learn this recipe. They are eager and willing to try new tastes. The peas that were in the salad were not universally liked and the dressing, that was missing the sweet flavor of basil, was deemed tart by more than a couple of students.
