Minestrone an A-plus meal

This week our eager chefs really polished their chopping skills as they shared responsibility for chopping and slicing the onions, garlic, zucchini, and carrots for the Minestrone Soup.  The solid parmesan cheese tasted "chalky" but was a big hit when grated for the soup.  Daniyah B. thought the fresh thyme tasted like peppermint and Jayden H. said it burned his mouth.  The kids voted the meal an "A+."
