Learning to make zoodles - zucchini noodles

Our students had a seemingly  endless list of new cooking skills they learned this week and they all wanted to give their input.

Ronnie learned to zest a lemon .

Rachel learned to mince garlic by rocking the knife.

Joseph learned to peel garlic by smashing the clove with the flat side of the knife blade .

Nally learned to make zoodles by peeling ribbons of zucchini.
