Kids gets to lead the breakfast burrito preparation

Amanda Segarra, Nyisha Amill, Julius Sullivan, and Eric Duong assemble breakfast burritos during week 1 of the Spring 2018 My Daughter's Kitchen cooking program at FSAS.

Some observations from week 1 at FSAS:

Eric Duong- “Today was a fun day for me because I got to crack eggs with my mom not standing over my shoulders.”
Amanda Segarra- “Cooking the breakfast burritos was fun because we made them from scratch and us kids did most of the work.”
Nyisha Amill- “It was hard for me to cut the onion.”
Julius Sullivan- “The burrito tasted like a taco to me, but it really tasted good.”
